A £500 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. A provisional booking will be held for 2 weeks until this deposit is received.

Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to holiday dates.

Cancellations are subject to charges depending on length of time from start of holiday.

Groups over 6 people are subject to an additional £125 p/p p/w charge.

Arrivals from 2p.m. ( lugagge may be left on arrival if villa is not ready)

Departures no later than 10.am (a late departure can be catered for depending on the availability of the villa)
